Shadowridge is an urban neighborhood that combines convenience and comfort. It was created in 1981 and offers a variety of prices and types of property such as charming studio condos, and large custom estates. Home Owners Association fees are low and there are many amenities.
The Vista Unified School District serves this community with facilities such as Breeze Hill Elementary School and Madison Middle School as well as Rancho Buena Vista High School. The charter school, Guajome Park Academy is also partially supported by the school district. There are 12 private facilities including St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School, Calvary Christian School, and Tri-City Christian School. Both Kaplan College and Biola University have campuses here.
The Shadowridge Golf Club offers an 18-hole David Rainville designed championship course as well as a professional staff, practice area, and driving range. The clubhouse features a beautiful facility for meetings, dining, and a variety of social activities. The Buena Vista Park which offer a duck pond and hiking trails.
The 7 Freeway will take you to many stores and restaurants in centers like San Marcos Village and the Shoppes at Carlsbad.
